Loyalty Scheme

Aldridge Crafts Loyalty Scheme

 

Please note that all cards and points issued under the previous company name of Jane Aldridge Handmade Cards continue to be valid for Aldridge Crafts.

 

Important change to our scheme.  Any NEW cards issued from 18th March 2009 will now require 35 points to qualify for your £10 voucher.  Cards still active prior to this date will require 30 points until redeemed.  After that the new points total will apply.

We like to give a thank you to our loyal customers so for every £5 spent in a single transaction, you will earn one loyalty point.  Points are only accrued through the value of product sales (ie P&P charge not included to make up £5).  Once you have accrued 35 loyalty points you will receive a £10 refund on the order of your choice.  Refunds can be redeemed against any products on the Aldridge Crafts website but will not earn further loyalty points.  Points accumulated will be recorded by us here so no cards to lose! and we will notify you of your points total once you are close to receiving your voucher.  Please ensure that you read our terms and conditions below with respect to our loyalty points scheme. You can email to request your points total at any time.

The small print!

  • 35 points may be redeemed for £10 worth of goods at retail price.
  • £5 must be spent in one transaction and cannot be accrued over multiple transactions and can be achieved via on-line purchases and face-to-face purchases and does not include any P&P charges.
  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash payment.
  • Points are not available for workshop fees, club fees, gift vouchers, postage costs or certain sale items (which will be identified) or for redeeming your loyalty point vouchers.
  • Please note that wedding stationery is not included in our loyalty scheme (as bulk discounts already apply)
  • We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the loyalty scheme at any point without compensation for points accrued.
